Hair Care Maintenance Guide

BEFORE INSTALL (REQUIRED) All Textures Vietnamese & Cambodian 

    •    Gently co-wash before install

    •    Use a sulfate-free Shampoo

    •    Air dry or blow dry on low heat

    •   Important ( Black Dyed Textures ) must always be co-washed after unpacking to restore moisture and define the pattern before installation.

RAW Natural Donor & Jet Black Dyed Donor Extensions 

    •    Wash or co-wash every 7–10 wears

    •    Use sulfate-free, moisturizing products

    •    Deep condition regularly

    •    Detangle gently from ends to roots

  RAW Donor Colored Extensions

    •    Wash less frequently to preserve color

    •    Always use color-safe, sulfate-free products

    •    Avoid clarifying shampoos unless necessary

    •    Condition lightly — do not over-process

    •    Avoid frequent washing

    •    Wash with cool to lukewarm water

    •    Do not use purple shampoo unless recommended for your specific shade (ash/cool blondes only) 

    •    Limit sun exposure and chlorine

RAW Donor Curly & Wavy Textured Extensions 

    •    Co-wash regularly to maintain moisture

    •    Use curl creams or leave-ins sparingly

    •    Scrunch gently — avoid aggressive raking

    •    Air dry when possible to preserve curl integrity

HEAT & STYLING

All Hair Textures 

    •    Heat safe up to 450°F

    •    Always use a heat protectant

    •    Lower heat preserves longevity and shine
    •    Excessive heat may dull or shift color tone

    •    Flat iron only when needed

    •  Store hair in the Silk or Velvet Pouch provided

    •    Ensure hair is completely dry before storing

    •    Avoid friction to maintain smoothness and shine
